In my role as a dietitian and researcher, I can work within a multidisciplinary structure to carry out nutrition research in an effort to find the best answer to globally important nutrition questions. Additionally, I can help both the general public and high risk populations practically apply novel scientific findings to his or her own life through nutrition education.
